We are used to see Scandinavian spaces in restraint color palettes, black, white and grey – no more than that but this home has nothing to do with monochromatic decor. This bohemian Swedish home of a ceramicist features splashes of colors throughout. Wanna take a closer look at it? Let’s do it.
The living room starts boldly with a blue sofa and colorful and printed pillows on it. Vintage colorful lamps and simple mid-century modern furniture make the space cozier and comfier. The second part of this space is taken with a lemon yellow sofa, colorful velvet pillows, various artworks and again vintage lamps of different shades.
There’s a sitting zone with a round red table and wicker chairs – ideal to have some tea together, and a mid-century modern wardrobe with a mirror panel perfectly finishes off the look. The dining zone features a wooden dining set with a round table and chairs, a large shelving unit with books in the corner.
The master bedroom shows off a large bed and some wooden mid-century modern nightstands, abstract artworks, lamps and some neutral shelving units that seem to disappear in the air due to the neutral look. The guest bedroom is an attic space with wooden beams, boho rugs and textiles and fun artworks.
The bathroom features tiles of a beautiful shade of blue, some plants to enliven the space, some chairs and a mirror. Though the space is pretty small, it looks bigger thanks to the light shade of blue used.
